Consumer goods companies are companies that produce or manufacture goods for consumption by the average consumer, including (but not limited to) food, automobiles, clothing, toy and games, etc. These are also called final goods, since they are final, finished products. Consumer goods typically fall into one of two categories: durable goods (goods that have a significant lifespan, like a car or oven), and non-durable goods (things purchased for immediate or near immediate consumption, like food or gasoline).

From Coca Cola to a Toyota Corolla, consumer goods are everywhere. We are the consumers, and almost everything we purchase can be defined as consumer goods. There are many steps involved in the production and distribution of consumer goods, so whether you offer a business service, like market or shipping, or you offer something valuable in the creation or production process, this directory of consumer goods companies is an excellent resource, and will serve you well.

LeadFerret Launches Directory of Commercial Real Estate Professionals

See the full directory at: http://leadferret.com/directory/commercial-real-estate-professionals

Whether you’re looking to rent or rent out commercial space, this is a great list. This is also helpful if you run certification courses for commercial real estate agents, or own a commercial real estate firm, and are looking for how to contact and hire your competition.  Most other lists have trouble sorting out the residential from the commercial real estate professionals, since it’s not just based on title.  While similar in nature, the two aspects of real estate are different enough to the end user that it’s a valuable and important distinction to make.

According to the Journal of Real Estate Management, the total value of commercial property in the United States was approximately $11 trillion in 2009.  Even when the real estate market is in a slump, there’s still massive business to be done, and this is a great directory of people in the commercial sector who do it.

Few employees are as bright eyed and bushy tailed as recently college graduates. Armed with a brand new degree and a desire to prove themselves, these untested kids are ready to pour all their recent knowledge and all their untapped passion into their new company.

“This is a directory of Recent Graduates, ripe for the picking. These men and women have a promising future ahead of them. Since they are largely unproven in the work field, the diamonds-in-the-rough scattered throughout this directory have yet to anchor a salary befitting their thus far unproven abilities, which makes this a great resource for a company looking to find fresh talent without the price tag that comes with years of experience.

This is also a great resource for companies marketing to young men and women who are still looking to educate themselves, but now about corporate culture. LeadFerret Announces Directory of Employees at Non-Profit Organizations

See the press release here.

See the full directory at: http://leadferret.com/directory/non-profit-organizations

Non-Profit Organizations are organizations that use surplus revenue to reinvest in the organization and achieve its goals, rather than distributing them to shareholders as dividends. Most Non-Profit Organizations have a clear and well defined charitable, educational, scientific, or religious goal, be it providing medical assistance for disaster victims, offering sliding scale services to low income families, providing no-kill shelters for abandoned animals, or some other goal.  Universities and hospitals are common, but often overlooked, Non-Profit Organizations (though not all qualify for non-profit status).

This list a great resource for anyone who is looking to partner with a Non-Profit Organization, work for one, is writing a grant related to something Non-Profit Organizations provide, or has something to sell to Non-Profit Organizations. A number of the people in this directory are involved in charitable work outside of the specific job titles they hold, which also makes this a great resource of people who are highly likely to be compassionate, and have the desire to give time and energy to the benefit of others.

If you would like more detailed information on the Non-Profit Organizations employing specific people listed in our directory, please contact us at [email protected], or 866-535-3960.

Technorati Loves LeadFerret

While all press is good press, good press is great press!

Technorati, considered an authority index, put out an article today about lead generation sites, and the results were all kinds of awesome.

I found myself targeting very solid, highly relevant people with outstanding data. It took me a day and half to go through 50 leads here and do additional research before I contacted each prospect. As a result, I got hits on about 30%. Now, I know they won’t all turn into sales- but this rate of return is unheard of. The information is tight and correct.

Of the other three, your best bet, in my opinion, is LeadFerret. I found it to be the most up-to-date and the easiest to navigate.

You can read the article here.

Tell us what you think.  And if you love us, make sure to let Technorati know!

LeadFerret Makes Public Telecommunication Company Directory

You can find the press release here.

You can find the telecommunication company directory here!

Telecommunication companies impact practically every aspect of our lives. The Amish are probably the only people in America right now who don’t directly interact with a telecomm company on a daily basis.  We’re virtually tethered to our phones.  Print media is drying, which puts the burden of the news solely on the shoulders of the telecomm companies.  It would be irresponsible to understate how vital and overarching their effect on our lives is, and will continue to be, indefinitely. Other corporate powerhouses may come and go, but nothing is, nor will be, as vital to the global economy or everyday lives as telecommunication.

From Morse code to texting, telecommunication has come a long way in the past 175 years.  Science fiction used to make video phones and portable communication devices seem like technology of a distance future. But now, with cell phones more advanced than the communication devices seen on Star Trek: The Original Series, and video chatting on you phone being something you could do from the because, it’s clear that telecommunication has integrated and advanced our ability to communicate with each other, not only for fun, but for major aspects of business.  Meetings no longer require plane tickets. Presentations can span the globe in the click of a button.  The technology involved in telecommunication is advanced and awe-inspiring, and the companies in charge of it are advanced, powerful, and continuing to grow.

Some of the top telecomm companies include:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon Communications
  • Comcast
  • Sprint Nextel
  • DirecTV
  • Time Warner Cable
  • and many more…

If you would like more detailed information on the Telecommunication Companies employing specific people listed here, please contact us at [email protected], or 866-535-3960.

LeadFerret Releases Directory of Contacts At Video Game Companies

See the press release here.

And see the Video Game Companies Directory here.

While previously thought to be an electronic playground solely for children, the video game industry has proven itself to be a powerhouse in its own right, bringing in over $25 Billion dollars in the United States in 2010 alone, and–according to Reuters–was a $65 billion dollar industry worldwide in 2011.  Additionally, many of the advances in computer graphics, speed, and sound quality have the gaming industry to thank for pushing the limits of what computers could do, until those limits were changed and expanded to meet the needs of the industry.

The industry isn’t just Sonic and Mario, either.  From fitness games to online co-operative play games, there are now video games to suite everyone’s wants and needs.

Major video game companies include:

  • Nintendo
  • EA Games
  • Disney
  • Mattel
  • Sony
  • Zynga
  • …And many, many more

Video Game companies employ a wide variety of people, from your standard requirements of HR and Accounting, to graphic designers, storyboarders, testers, artists, brand marketers, and programmers. It’s a massive industry with a massive following that is constantly growing, and shaping the electronic world.  While games are still developed for platforms, platforms are also developed for games, which means the industry is a game changer, pun intended.

LeadFerret Unveils SaaS Directory

Read the press release here.

See the full directory at: http://leadferret.com/directory/saas

Software as a Service is frequently abbreviated to SaaS, and occasionally called “on-demand software”  or “Application-Service-Providers” (ASPs). It is a type of software delivery where software and associated data are centrally hosted on “the cloud”and thus accessible anywhere the user has internet access. This allow companies to outsource specific services, to lower overhead or avoid having to hire someone with the technical know-how required, and to remain untethered to a specific location.

It’s the same idea of Gmail or Yahoo!Mail services, only applied beyond email software.  It allows companies to invest more important things than the hardware to house the software they need to do business. It’s like renting a house; you don’t have to deal with the maintenance and upkeep hassles of software ownership, but you still get the roof over your head. Plus, you don’t have to come up with a lump sum for the downpayment. It’s great for start-ups in that regard.

Most common types of Saas:
>Webmail/Hosted Email
>Payroll/Accounting Services
>CRM
>Marketing Automation
>Project/Task Management
>Productivity Suites
>Online Collaboration
>Network Administration and Monitoring
>ERP & Supply Chain Management

Notable SaaS providers :
>Amazon Web Services
>Google Apps
>iCloud
>Microsoft Office 365
>Salesforce
>Zoho Office Suite
>HP Cloud Services
>HubSpot
…and many more
